Crane Related Steel Structures – EP02

Crane is always running on a fix installed rail, which needs to be supported by some structure from steel or concrete.
The steel part from these structures can be designed, produced and installed by LemmensCraneSystems or one of our joint venture companies. Also adjustments or extensions from customers’ existing runways can be done by our team. In details we speak about: Runway beam, Consoles, Columns inside building or outside, rails on concrete beams, suspension runways inside the roof structure. Yes, and much more.

This steel structure can be runway beam, columns which can be provided on the request.

Runways - EP025

Runways for all types of cranes for LemmensCraneSystems no problem: Overhead: Rail welded on hot rolled beam. Suspension: Hot rolled beam’s. Gantry: Mostly concrete fundament with steel load sharing plate and on top a rail profile, welded or clamped. Or combined runways for JIB Cranes or Semi Gantry’s, just send us your request.

Free Standing Runway Structures - EP026

Full overhead or suspension crane steel structure – Free standing columns including load sharing connection beams – consoles or load points to connect the runway beam to this structure.

Safe Access Platforms - EP028

As per CE-Machine Guideline designed and produced to grand safe access to the crane for maintenance and inspections. When the crane with a cabin then of course according the extra strict regulation – Safe access for operators who are NOT warring a safety harness. Dependable on the installation area adjusted with local and SHE policy related rules and regulations. LOLER Rules of Lifting. The mounted platforms and cat ladders on the crane itself are called: “Safe Access”.
